Thumbs up *RARE* '99 WRC Viking Replica Wing Eggyolk Yellow - can wrap in flat black for extra

For Sale (no trades): **RARE** Colin McRae 1999 WRC Viking Replica WRC Wing (adjustable)
Location: Detroit Metro Area
Price: $490 shipped (new cost was $799 + tax)
e-mail: andrewfe@gmail.com
phone: 517.819.7494 - prefer text, will call back if needed.

If you have another offer, I'll listen to it, however, I'm rather firm on the price with everything considered. If you are local, or want to make a trip to pick it up, we can talk and I will adjust the cost.

So, as some of you may or may not know, I was the owner of the 2003 PowerWorks SEMA show car. Unfortunately, last fall, I was sideswiped by a woman who had a seizure and and the car was totaled. I bought it back, and have salvaged most everything I could from the car. This is the first item I've sold from the car, and one of my most prized pieces on the car. As far as I know, it is probably the most rare wing around. They do not make this anymore, and you will rarely see anyone sell one once they've had it on their car. It is fully adjustable, and I promise you, this thing makes downforce, and it 100% improves handling above 75mph. The following photos are some from the beginning, and then off the car in my house. Those photos are just from my iphone. If you need high res, let me know what you're looking for and I'll get the photo for you.

Buy with confidence. I have numerous people on this forum can vouch for me.

How the car started life (photos of wing on car):

How it ended ended life = (:

Pics off car:

showing adjustability - the outside black covers are removable and you can adjust the pitch

small chip in paint. paint is in OK condition. Personally, I would either respray, vinyl wrap, or plastidip

Found these install directions:

If the car listed in your "what i drive" is correct, I'm rather confident you could make this work? Someone else could correct me, but you drill the holes for your mounting locations, and I don't believe the rear hatch on the zx5 is different from the zx3? I had this on my 2003 zx3.

Sidenote - yes...my poor car got royally destroyed. I was very sad, but love my replacement. It is my new money pit.

Yes, there are no difference in the ZX3/ZX5 hatch. Mine, however, already has an SVT wing on it, so it wouldn't look right with 2 wings. Only way I could make it work is if I got a new hatch, or filled in the holes from the SVT spoiler. I have too many other projects that I need to finish on mine, if I had the time, I would think about it.

What is your replacement money pit?
