Header and exhaust install questions

So i finally got around to getting the bung welding onto my flexpipe for my wideband. I started going over all of my parts to install the fswerks header and stealth exhaust but noticed i am missing the gasket that goes between the header and the flexpipe. So I know i can reuse the original manifold gasket, but as long as i don't destroy it, can i reuse the flange gasket? If anything just for temporary use until i can get a hold of a replacement. Also, i do not have a tune yet and it may be a while before i can get one. Is it ok if i drive with the new header without a tune and just ignore the CEL? I am installing the wideband so i can monitor my AFR to see if i go too lean.

Not ideally, but it should be alright with the wideband.

It should of come w/ 2 gaskets & nuts/bolts/washers. And I found using the original manifold gasket w/ better then the replacement ford gasket that I originaly bought. I had to oblong the bracket that bolts between the manifold & engine, no big deal thou.
