Syncmyride.com won't recongnize my USB drive
I'm trying to update my MFT and Syncmyride.com keeps telling me there isn't a USB drive in my computer. I tried 2 different one. Each is FAT32 USB 2.0 and empty. The computer recognizes it but the website wont. The same USB drive worked a couple weeks ago for the status checker.

I get this error message:

Plug an empty USB drive into your computer and click the link below.

If your USB drive is already plugged in, safely remove it and plug it back in
Any idea what i could be doing wrong?

Okay. I got it to work. Apparently the drive needs to be reformatted every time its connected to SMR.

What browser?
I usually use the Firefox browser for Windows 7, but I found SyncMyRide didn't really work until I tried it with Internet Explorer.
