Here we go. Do what you want. While it is technically illegal to put HIDs in your stock housings, there are a lot of people who have done it.

HID's need to go into housings made for them. If you stick HID's into the current housings for the lights you will blind oncoming drivers. HID's need housings designed specifically for them, so this problem does not happen.

Our housings are modern enough to where the reflector directs most light downward. Have you seen the cutoff? 35w HID's won't be bad in these housings. 55w will get you the "giant blob of light" effect.

If your lights are bright when I am driving my Lighting in the summer, your in for a 400 HP front to back dance... uninstall them... ( it only ways 3900 lbs)

Kensun HiD Digital Slim Ballast with 30,000 watt bulbs is what I have in my Sport Trac. I'm thinking maybe the same
