ABS/TC not working, broken wire somewhere?

ABS/traction is not working in my 03 focus zx5, the light came on in may this year and it said the right front wheel speed sensor was not working, replaced the sensor and the light is still on. No codes though. I thought maybe it wasn't reset so I d/c the battery for 30min and didn't work. I'm lost since there is no codes.

Any ideas? Anyone ever have this problem?

Connecter good? Is it the right part? Hows it run, as far as abs/ tracton control, working? Turn the t/c switch off run it & turn it on & see what happens.

I can't turn it on or off, the ABS light is on, when the light is on, TC doesn't work of course. If there was a connector problem, would it not throw a code?

It was replaced with a new OEM ford wheel speed sensor, mechanic says that a wire may be broken because they are not getting a reading with a multimeter, but if a wire was broken, it would throw a code thinking the wheel speed sensor is pooched correct?
