rear svt seats
So the rear center seat belt was chewed up by dog from previous owner and i am replacing the belts and was wondering if their is anyway i can replace the belt without replacing the seat and i really dont want to tear apart the seat so any help would be greatly appreciated

I know on my car it's not a svt but still a hatchback all you have to do is lift up on the back part of the seat because its on a hinge

Is that for the top part of the belt that looks like it goes into the back of the seat
