Gasoline smell

Is it normal that I smell gasoline when I start the car or when I'm parked I smell it from the outside?

Well my guess would be that since you installed the header and don't have a tune the ECU is trying to compensate.

Do you have a wide band installed? You could see if the engine was just dumping fuel at startup. I would recommend getting a wideband now that you have a header. It would also be needed for remote tuning if you went down that road.

Did you remove the fuel line that goes from the firewall to the fuel rail when installing the header? I would check to see if that is leaking. Definitely check for fuel leaks, it could cause a fire.

Mine does this also(the gasoline smell), mainly when it is cooler outside. Even with a tune our cars idle very high to get the car to ideal operating temp quicker upon startup. This is just the nature of eco cars. You took out the cat of your car when you removed the stock exhaust manifold and installed the header thus all of the gas vapors come out of the exhaust, none are catalyzed. It couldn't hurt to check the line, I will check mine this afternoon just to be safe. But if yours is like mine it is mainly upon startup and when it get colder
