Engine rattling noise (video inside) Possible Valve Seat?

Hello all, I just purchased a 2000 Ford Focus SE for my friend. It has this rattling noise coming from the engine. I took it to the mechanic and he replaced the timing belt/water pump/timing tensioner but the noise is still here. He said it has a bit of a "cam" noise and that I shouldn't worry too much about it.

I just joined up and did some searching and it seems that a common problem is the Valve Seat dropping. Could this be it? The car drives fine except for that dreaded noise.

If it is indeed the valve seat dropping, can I still drive my car around or is it going to grenade any minute?

Is it possible to get it fixed and if so what am I looking at in terms of price?

Take the air cleaner hose off of the throttle body.Open the throttle and look down to the bottom of the intake,If you have little chunks of metal laying down there the head dropped a seat.You can also do a compression check.
