Rear Disc Brakes For 2011 SES

Does anyone know of a conversion to rear disc brakes for the 2011 SES I want to convert mine or even if rear disc from another year will work any info would help

They will, but you are going to need the SVT/ST disc brakes and I belive that one of the holes needs to be drilled out to a bigger gauge. I want to do this. I HATE drums.
