VCT solenoid swap
Are there any cars which share the same VCT solenoid. I'd like to see if others would make a difference since I'm throwing a code 1383.

Why do you think your getting the code from / because of the solenoid ?

Car idles rough and I've been told, if the timing was off, it would run much worse. I will get your tune one of these days. Asked around on here to borrow an xcal, but no luck.

I dont know that I would swap the solenoid till you confirm its bad , rarely would the solenoid bad cause a bad idle
