I want to bolt a FS Werks system on. Is the engine side flange too trashed to be be saved?

You need to weld on a new flange, that one is history.

welding one on may not be a option, might be to rusted and to thin. you may wanna look at replacing everything instead.

Lol damn, I'm never moving to CT. Heat shields are usually the first to go. Def replace the whole system...way too much rust.
