Bought these a while ago and have been slowly fixing them up. I've just ran out of time to finish them up. You can read the long story about their past here. I've gotten all the internal wiring finished. You just need to sand/remove the paint off of the inserts (heavy duty oven cleaner works great!), paint them, put some silicon in the wire hole in the bottom, and seal the lenses on them using silicon. They come with the pigtails for the connectors to modify your headlight wiring to use these headlights. The projectors in them are the Depo brand with the shielding removed for a better light output while keeping the cutoff line the same. Comes with the HID bulbs and ballasts installed but the high beam, blinker, and city lights are not included.
