Sorry for being slow
I am sorry for not responding like I do in most cases , My car caught fire after picking it up from some slight damage from the body shop on Wed
Burned to the ground from what I think they left a trans cooler line loose and it blew trans fluid on the CAT and is what started the fire Any way , I hope to have this behind me today and back to normal this evening Thanks Tom

Time to lawyer up. The shop is 100% responsible. And not just your 'wholesale average value' either. they owe you an comparable car, plus time, a rental, and damages if they try to be nasty about it.
I would right off find one of those TV lawyers who will'"Get you your money" for injury.. |

Jesus... I'm really sorry to hear that Tom. Glad you're ok! No rush with my tune, get it to me after you get your stuff worked out! I'm an easy customer lol. Hope you can get a replacement built. Keep us posted.

Part that sucks is I was at my place in Yucatan Mexico where this car stays most of the time ( flawless 09 Pontiac Vibe GT with some custom work)
You have to have Tourista Ins. here to have a US car here , they dont cover Rentals or anything that was in the car or anything extra about the car unless you paid for extra coverage which I did On top of that we head home to the states on Sunday which creates an issue where nothing gets done till we get back here to Mexico So only time will tell , its always somethng here , Its an adventure every day LOL Tom
