Mini cooper eaton M45 conversion
So......
My buddy just gave me the Eaton M45 off his mini cooper S. Would it be worth converting over to a DIY Jackson Racing Supercarger? |

no. regular zetec JRSC with the m45 only made like 180whp.
so, it would be a whole lotta effort for very little.

I need BOOOOST!!!!!!

the only thing you could use from that would be the actual blower. you would still need to track down or fabricate an intake manifold, alternator relocation bracket, and reinforcement brackets as well as a tb adapter since ill bet the mounting holes for the throttle body on that blower are different from a focus. lots of work for very little gain. now if you luck up and find a used focus jrsc kit with a messed up blower for cheap and use the cooper m45 to replace the messed up blower then you could do that pretty easy. otherwise its just a whole lotta trouble
