As someone who has been employed in the dyno industry for the last 13 years, I agree completely. I've been telling people the same thing for years, but then I get hit with: "yeah but the magazines say...." "my friend says..." "My forum says...." etc.

I'd make a few minor changes to what he wrote there, but overall I'd say it does a good job of getting the point across. There is a little more to it than that though.
