I have read on the Massive section of this forum that there is a $100 core charge that is refunded once you send in your old valve cover which brings the price paid down to $150 or so after the core charge is paid back to you.

This one would be perfect for someone who did not want to send back his core or did not have a core available.

All that being said I would like to have this one for my SVT but I would need to get closer to the $150 range, notice I said range. Maybe we can find a number that would work for both of us.

Im not sure they offer a core charge. The OEM zetec covers are plastic and these are metal so not sure how they could offer that. Also this will not work on your SVT. This is for a zetec motor

The SVT and zetec covers are different. This will NOT fit an svt. This is for zetec only. They offer it for a svt though but this is not that version

X2 on not fitting an svt. The svt cams are bigger and this cover does not have quite enough clearance. Nice kit though. I have 2 of the metal covers myself.

Glws.
