Adding armrest to 2012 S model

I thought I read somewhere here that someone added an armrest to an s model but for the life of me I cannot find the thread. I am looking to order one for my wife's car that we bought last week but need help with the installation instructions.

Any help would be appreciated.

I think the latter is what you need on the S.

I have one, I may actually be selling mine though because I'm gonna try to buy the whole center console.

I am looking at the first one and I believe I read where you can install it but the center console has to come apart. I was hoping there was someone that has attempted this and could provide info for me.

Has anyone used the european-parts product? What do you think? Easy or difficult to install?

I got mine off euro parts and it was so easy. just four screws. you lose the little cubby that you have and the arm rest goes on top of it. it kinda makes it hard to put big cups in there with it though :\

My wife's car has the charcoal interior. I don't see an option for color. The picture shows dark grey. How is the color match?

it's a little off, but for aftermarket it looks great...

I have a stick, so i'm actually going to sell my arm rest I got from Europarts and just bite the bullet on ordering the whole center console set for the 2012 se.





So if you have an automatic, this would work great.

The first one will NOT work on your center console with the s. it's a completely different center console.

Thank you for clarifying that because I was thinking about ordering the first one. Glad I did not. Can you tell me about the color? Nevermind, I saw the photos.

as you can see it's a bit of a difference, but, once again it's after market... so can't really complain too much.
