I think we've already heard that there will be no A,D, or X plan pricing initially.

Some people are saying this because their dealer wouldn't do it for them - but it is up to each individual dealer. I have a very good dealer relationship as we tend to buy quite a few new cars, they didn't hesitate to order me one on Z plan (same price as A plan).

I think that they just don't want to deal with all the paperwork that comes along with any of the plans. I had every dealer bypass the incentives at the X level and told me that they would give me a better deal than the plan.

Any time a dealer tells you to skip a certain way of buying and that their way is cheaper I'd check against them. They're often trying to get you out of a program in order to retain more cash. Just take it all with a grain of salt and do your own research.

I just checked and the ford partner site says that it is X-plan ineligible. Normally that would also mean A,D and Z plan, but I guess not in this case.

Whats up w/ that? Its not a GT500. I can't even buy a GT500 being a Ford employee w/ a D plan.

Don't worry... AXZD plan pricing has been officially announced as being available for the ST as of last week. It hasn't trickled down to everyone in Ford or the dealerships, but it is official.

Fair enough... I'd love to see the wagon available in the US as well. In fact, I might even be able to convince my wife to trade the Odyssey in on one if it was available.

My fully loaded ST is 30,320 on the Ford website; does that mean X will save me considerable money? I have X plan available because I'm part of the Disabled American Veterans group.

Probably. What do you mean by "on the Ford website" and "fully loaded ST"? X plan (which is probably what you'd be getting unless you are an employee or dealer), is significantly under MSRP as shown on the "Build and Price" function on Ford.com.

I don't know if it's appropriate to mention another forum by name, but there are a couple of very awesome threads on another ST specialty forum that have all the details on AXZD pricing and how it's calculated and all that.
