Code P16003 and airbag code 12

Ok focus bro, i just rebult the head on my 02 svt. Put it all back togeter, I got a question about code p16003 and air bag code 12, I know it's low voltage, so I had the battery check it's good, had the alt checked and it's good, all the fuses and connection are good too, also unhooked the battery and tried to reset, the car runs great good power no other problems but those codes. just running out of ideas. Maybe ECU is bad or bad wire? I dunno. Any help would be awesome
