have you even searched ahha. Search man its your friend.

To make a zetec GO!! BOOST is your best bet. Im guessing thats not an option because your on a budget.
Basic modifications for a N/A Set up include:

1. SVT Header, Flex, Dip
2. ORP, Full Exhaust
3. A Tune
4. Cams and Cam Gears
5. 65MM or Bigger Throttle Body
6. Porting the Intake
7. IceMan Intake Goodies to help your current CAI
8. Engine Mounts (allows power torque to be transferred to the wheels instead of being wasted through vibrations, shifting of weight, etc.)
9. Under Drive Pullies (UDP)
these are just some basic modifications most people do to their N/A Zetecs, then realize they should have just went Boost either turbo or supercharging it. Most N/A numbers with out serious block, head, etc milling etc you will just be around same numbers as a SVTF because a SVTF is a upgraded Zetec basically!

i have been searching a little bit and i do have a racing clutch already bought all i need to do is install it on one of my days off. but what about underdrive pulleys would those work or would that be pointless to use for an everyday driver?

Welcome to the forum

Here is a link to the stickied threads that will help guide you towards what you want. For bang for the buck I'd get a header and ditch the stock manifold and cat.
