If he is a bad driver, yes, if not, no chance in hell. Those type R's are damn fast if there is a good driver behind the wheel.

I'd like to see that, unless he is pushing serious SERIOUS mods, nope....

Yeah I take a 17 year old's post as the truth, he does have alot of mods but even still, maybe if he guts the car and weights about 80lbs.... I'd still be shocked to see that time.....

You'll be with him until 3rd....then he's gone. You could always sneak 50lbs of air in to his tires and smoke him if you want to make a "friendly" wager. He'll sit there and spin like he has 2 dummy spare tires on.

hey s2 what does age have to do with it, yea i know they say age makes u a better driver on the road which it does, but age has nothing to do with racing. just becasue i'm 17 doesn't mean i'm a shitty racer. 2003 gti vr6 are pretty quick and i still beat one with a crappy launch, thanks rally focus for the advice, so once hes in third he'll smoke me?? o well i'll still race him just to see how bad i get whooped

actually wouldnt be too hard. all bolt ons with a bit of weight reduction and some good tires i could see it happening. 2.3's have hit low 16/ high 15s stock. thats only about a second he needs to get faster. thats like taking a zetec from 16.8s to 15.8s not very hard!

i thought someone in a 2.3 already did hit 14s
