Question Rear swaybar : Steeda 21mm or Progressive 22mm ???

My 2010 SE doesn't have a rear stabilizer bar right now, and within 1-2 weeks she's gonna be equipped with the FRPP 1.5"-drop springs/dampers, and I want to add a rear swaybar too

Should I get the Steeda 21mm kit or the Progressive 22mm kit ?

The Progressive kit supposedly doesn't come with some mounts that I may need, since I have a newer model that may not have mounting holes ?

I have the Progress 22mm bar with SVT suspension and it is indeed very nice.

In your situation I would get the kit from Steeda, because it is a kit.

I have heard that they have a 22mm bar availible in a kit that they just haven't updated their website yet. I would probably call and find out.

if you dont have the mounting holes youll need the steeda kit. be sure to have the plates welded to the subframe. Mine clunked and squeaked until I did that

The Svt rear sway is 21mm. If u want just a swaybar get a used Svt one for cheap. If u want more go with the h&r 24mm. Why spend the money to only go up 1mm? 22mm progress?

I have the FRPP kit on my 2010 S, I went with the Steeda 21mm kit and it made a big difference in handling. Just like you, I didn't have any factory mounts and thats why I got the Steeda. Still have to get the plates welded to stop the noise but thats what the radio is for. Good luck and enjoy.

I've got the Steeda kit and I don't have the brackets welded but I do have everything as tight as I could get it and I don't have any noise coming from my brackets . :)
