LED Interior Mod question

I've read through the thread to convert all your LEDs to blue, the question I have is, do you have to worry bout resistors? if so anyone got a list of resistors to use?

that thread is way too big and someones sig is huge so loadinga nd scrolling the thread for me is a pain (on a slow comp) so if anyone know if theres a how-to with pics (cause earlier pics on that thread is dead) let me know :) thanks in advance.

you do not need resistors as long as your replacing LED's with LED's
but if your replacing bulb with LED's then you need to put a resistor in-line (470 ohm if your using a 3.4 volt LED)
Hope this helps

If you have heated seats you need to wire in a resistor for the LED's in those switches as well as the traction control button if you have that as well. I used a 1k ohm resistor inline with a 2 volt Ultrabright 5mm LED that puts out 3000 mcd luminosity. LED's have two leads coming from the botton of a plastic enclosure. Bulbs look like regular light bulbs from a lamp in your house but smaller.

PM me your email and I'll shoot you mine. We'll converse through that or I could even give you my number so you can call and you don't have to wait for an email reply. It gets a little detailed and I just did mine so I can talk to you better than writing it all down here. If you'd like I can email you the steps. You can call me anytime as I'm an insomniac and have got nothing better to do.
