LETS TURN DIRT!!!!

Fell off the diet wagon.... but I'm getting right back on it!!!!
Over the last couple of weeks I've fell off the diet.... horribly. I put 6 pounds back on... I know it isnt much but its enough to piss me off.
So I'm gonna go ahead and back slide for the rest of the weekend (mildly not overboard) but come Monday morning I'm gonna be back on it with a VENGEANCE!!!!!! Not only am I gonna start back at the phase 1 level of carb intake I'm also gonna be hitting the weights so I dont expect the weight to stay on for long. What sucks is I'm almost at my next to last goal.... and I start eating like crap for a few days... BUT in my (weak ass defence) we were on vacation and I expected to gain a couple of pounds. I have about 15 pounds to reach my next to last goal then only 10 more after that to reach my final goal.
