restoreing factory back up for diablo tuner

hello im having a issue restoring factory tune. when i try to restore it my tuner says it cant because it was already restored which it wasn't or it was never saved which it was, because i saved it on my pc hd. somehow i reset the tuner so the original back up is not there. my question is how can i upload my original factory back up from my pc to my tuner so i can restore my car to factory spec. So I can reinstall toms tune and properly save my original tune in the tuner.

Thanks

How did you reset your tuner , to restore the origional tune you have to find "Restore Origional Backup" You DO NOT need to do this to load my tune to the Predator then to the car
