Focus Anarchy On The Coast June 24-26

Ok boys and girls. We've attempted this before with some success but with all of the talk of cool car shows and Focus G2Gs on the other side of the country I feel that we can have an equally good time here on the left coast. Suggestions are welcome, but here's the general plan:

Morro Bay, CA


June 24th - Just for the Early Birds

This will be the arrival date for many of us, not too much on the agenda other than good times, good people, and an epic campfire.


June 25th - The Campin' Carshow!

This will be a low key carshow, more about the BBQ and beer than the cars, but we've all gotta get there somehow so we might as well line 'em up and show 'em off!

Exact location TBA but somewhere in the Arroyo Grande / Pismo, San Luis Obispo, or Morro Bay / Cayucos areas would be best.

Bring your own meat, sides, drinks and definitely napkins... it's going to get messy!

We'll finish up the day at Morro Strand Campground (or surrounding) where we'll have campfires, picture time, and lots of stories to post on here afterwards.


June 26th - The Central Coast Cruise

After getting up at 10 we'll take a nice peaceful Sunday drive along the coast, but what's a nice drive without a few windy side roads?

I can think of Turri Road, Prefumo Canyon, and Nacimiento-Fergusson Road to name a few of the possible route detours to our peaceful drive.



Once we've all safely reached the end of our drive we'll be departing. As always, any suggestions are welcome.

The dates are still TBA, it's looking more like it will be the weekend after the 17-19th but nothing is set in stone yet.

Everyone is welcome, bring whatever cars you'd like. The campground fills up fast so once I get a designated date I'll let everyone know and fill people in on how to reserve a spot.

We're trying to make this a decent turn out but it's more of a camping trip / g2g than a show.

I hope someone acctually shows up from So Cal this time, lol. It was long drive for a Nor Cal G2G. My wife and I really enjoyed that last trip down there, so if the timing is right with my work schedule I'm sure we'll go.

Yeah Tony was there too! He lives in San Diego now, I'm sure if he can get away he'll want to make the trip.

And guys, I'm going to be driving from Vegas to make it out there, I'll probably be moving out of CA by the end of this month so I don't want to hear about it being too far for you.
