AutoX Wheels and Tires Mounted

I want to show you guys the wheels and tires ...

They cleared ... But Barely.

I can take turns hard ... and It drives straight great. LOTS OF GRIP!!!

Only rubs when I hit a hard bump fast.

And light man ... when I got them I was expecting a bit more weight to them and I almost hit my face with the box they were so light.

10.2 on the scale. WOW ... Obviously putting the tires on it gain back some weight but not nearly as much as my daily 17s.

This maybe redundant info question, but where did you find your wheels? I'm looking for autox wheels and have decided on the R-S3's for meat (Like you)...

A Local shop actually ordered them for me. They took about 2 weeks to get to me.

The RS3s were on the list as well as the Direzza Star Z1 and Kumho XS ...

With much recommendations and research, I went with the Hankooks.

You can check out 18racing.com and see if they have any. When you go to their website choose a wheel then check the inventory.

I am a big fan of these. I think some in gold with a slightly less aggressive tire might be my new DD setup for my new-to-me red SVT...

It is definitely an aggressive setup. If you get thick tires like this, make sure you roll your fenders and have some pretty stiff suspension. It rubs on corners, if you take a turn hard.

But you definitely have alot of grip. ... well, that depends on what tires you get as well.

So stock height on my SVT I will have to roll the fenders? I'm looking at BF Goodrich T/A KDW in same size as you ar running, just since I've had good experience with those tires before and they're a 300 tread wear so they will have more life in them than the Hankooks you have (another awesome tire). If I have to roll my fenders or change my suspension setup to run these without problems I might go another route...I really liked the idea of how light that setup would be though.
