i have a question can the x3 be used with a netbook??? its the only computer i have and it doesnt have a rom drive

knock sensor logging

I am trying to data log and I need a knock sensor reading but my x3 does not have that PID option. Does anybody know how to do this?

ok download update the device. Ive done the datalog for ya but it wont read the Xcal.
Data format : 0, 0.0, 0.00, 0.000? what 1 do I set it up for?

I leave all my settings at default. at first i checked everything but there are alot of things it didnt even read any data on. Then i found the list Tom posted on what to log so i unchecked about half of them.

if you guys can get a datalog in a csv file and log time, RPM, and throttle position, I might be able to get you a dyno estimate
