New Seats...

Hello. : )

I want leather seats in my car front and back.

Can I get those from somewhere?

I've seen the aftermarket seats and I do like the look of some of them, but I also want the back replaced too.

I really don't like the RS seats just because the blue.

I was thinking the ST (American) seats would work; would they fit?

I know it's a sedan so I'm not sure if the back seats would also fit.

I would rather just have straight black leather (no red stitching), but if the ST seats fit I would live with it.

The ST seats are leather are they not?

Thanks for any help.

: )

You want Recaros. Thats what came in the SVT EAP pakage. They are a direct fit in both front and rear.

Now heres the bad news, if you can find someone who will actualy want to sell them, be ready to drop $1200.

Why not get a quote from a local upplustry shop to see what they would charge to recover your seats?

I didn't know if they could do that with my seats.

The cloth is just a stain magnet and wearing thin.

If I could get that done decently I guess that would work.

I've seen a few after market front seats that look more supportive so that's another interest.

Maybe I can buy a couple of after market front seats and then reupholster the back to match.

I like these from fswerks:

I like the first better.

I have some Recaro EAP front seats listed in the for sale section, but I'm trying to trade them locally before I resort to shipping. Shipping would be rough. Take a look at them and let me know if you're interested. If I decide to sell them straight up, I'll shoot you a PM.

I'll have to get replacement seats before I can do that. Otherwise, I'd have to sit on a milk crate or something. A four hour drive on a milk crate doesn't sound too appealing, lol.

I replaced all my interior with leather 2 tone 08 seats. Not sure what focus there from, all i no is 08 2 tone. I have a sedan and these fit perfect. But again...dont no what kind of focus they were from.
All seats in the focus are exactly the same aside from the hatches front seats having the lever to bring the back forward. thats the only difference. Any focus seat will fit in any focus.

I guess I'll go for the upholster rear replace front idea.

Nobody knows about the 06-08 ST seats fitting in a hatchback?

The front seats I would think would fit but the back?

Thanks for the responses!
