Bad Seller

Just want to let everyone know that the user "besthaticouldo" basically took my money ($190.00) and did not successfully ship the item to me. Apparently he shipped using UPS, but has no tracking info or any proof that it was actually picked up. It has been more than two months since I sent payment via Paypal, and the seller claims that he has done his job, even thougn I still do not have the item I paid for. Furthermore he will not provide even a partial refund because he says he does not believe me that I have not received the item.....how do I prove that I have not received the item?!?!?

that's F-d up. chit like this is what makes people so weary of purchasing from private sellers like this. have you filed with pay pal? prolly your best bet if he is refusing to do anything about it.

ofcourse there are always 2 sides to these things, but if he's been dealing with him for 2 months or more and the seller refuses to budge, negotiate, or give any info that could help, that's messed up. i have nothing against anyone, i just hate seeing things like this as i would never screw anyone over, and if it was a fluke, would help to make sure it is made right.

ew...that blows man...and you're not the only one who's left feedback about him taking your money recently. pay pal is probably the only real shot you've got unfortunately. he should, obviously as you've apparently figure out already, have something from ups to show he shipped the stuff. so if he shipped it, there shouldn't be any problem showing that and then contacting ups about...but that doesn't appear to be the case if he really isn't responding...good luck.

i would pm him. tell him you're filing with paypal. lay out all the stuff to him and maybe he'll make things right himself. otherwise, screw him. do what you need to do. too bad...
