CFM DIY Turbo kit
We will be offering a our own turbo kit for the Ford Focus SVT and Ford Focus Zetec. We notice there was a need in the focus market to offer a complete turbo kit. We are a distributor for SPA. We notice SPA offers a turbo kit for the Focus, but it is non-intercooled, incomplete, and the charge piping SPA supplies requires a good amount of fabrication. We did notice SPA make a high quality cast manifold. We are going to use a few of the SPA parts on our turbo kit, which is listed below. We will have our complete turbo kit with tuning available sometime in 2008. Pictures and pricing will be available once we come closer to the completion of our kit. We plan to offer the individual turbo parts.
Here is the list of the parts below, which can be purchase now for someone looking to fabricate their own turbo kit. SPA T3/T4 turbo manifold SPA T3 turbo manifold SPA Wastegate SPA turbo Oil feed and drain lines. SMAX Blow off valve CFM Crank case vent tube - in development CFM Turbo down pipe - in development. It will be necessary to fabricate custom charge piping. The turbo down pipe does not have a flange, so custom exhaust work is needed. We do plan to offer our own CFM turbo down pipe. We would recommend that someone buys a one way PCV valve, 42lb or larger injectors, 180 thermostat, Diablo Mafia, Colder spark plugs, and CFM MAF Sensor Adapter. Optional parts would be J&S safeguard and Wideband gauge. A customer planning to more than 270fwhp may want to purchase the kenne bell boost-a-pump, and vehicles earlier than 2003 may want to upgrade to the higher flowing 03-04 focus pump. We do a 350fwhp package fuel package. A svtf customer would need the silicone hose and clamp upgrade. It is highly recommend that someone use a intercooler. We have seen over 250 temperatures at 6 psi of boost. We do offer the precision intercooler, and s-max intercoolers. We do offer silicone hoses, aluminum piping, and hose clamps for customers looking to make their own custom charge piping. Here is a link to our 375fwhp turbo focus. We have a complete section for tuning related items on our website along with turbo related items. We offer turbo timers, boost controllers, wideband gauges, and so on.

We are working with SPA trying to get the parts from the for the DIY turbo kit. It is hard to say when we will have it. Once the parts are here we will have it listed on our website.

there is not that many turbo setups for the dteks and now that ford has stoped production on the z tek and only has d teks in the new focus , it only makes sence. pleeeeeeease!
