Today I took her in to have the Kysor harness recall performed.
Really, how can they keep selling this car with all of it's issues!
Obviously, Ford has no commitment to quality engineering.
Looks like I may need to start car shopping again.
Last chance, Ford!

Love this! My Cat actually does this sequence with his paws on my keyboard and can change the screen saver to a rotating picture one. He has done it twice. I have no idea how.

He will even input random google searches when I am not looking. Last time it came up with some porn sites.

From what I understand it was a relatively small batch. Look at the recalls all the other companies are having, then continue to say how bad Ford sucks. I'm not a Ford fan boy at all. This is my first Ford since my first car (81 Granada) back in 1996. I never planned on buying a Ford, but was in dire need of a new car and this is what I was able to end up with quickly. That said it's the best car I've ever owned even with the couple ever-so-minor recalls and TSBs. Ford has been on top of their game with getting [some] of these issues handled quickly.

I drove a Prius the other day. I was really impressed with the handling, and getting 150 mpg at 85-90 mph is AWESOME! Plus people kept giving me looks as I passed them, so of course they thought the car was amazing! I think I'm gonna trade.

Then leave already.

Do you think you are special from having issues with your car? Take a spin around other car forums of new cars and see that they have issues too. Ford and this Focus are not the exception.

It seems that you just wanted attention so why don't you just leave if the car is giving you so much trouble?

this thread has taken an interesting turn since the OP was told to GTFO [hihi]

I think we should get OP a 2002 Toyota Corolla.

It would be perfect for him.

Bland, boring, beige and completely reliable.

Customer satisfaction and product quality are tops on our list. [thumb] How did the recall go at your dealer?

I own a 2012 Focus and absolutely love it too! [:X] Monitoring these forums is a great way to pinpoint any issues our owners are experiencing; thanks for the buzz. [thumb]

Agreed...
Time to trade...

I used to have a prius, passing people in a prius was awesome the few times it happened.
If I only knew you better...

Lol, Ti-Stick is good peoples[thumb] I'm pretty sure that this is a bit more of a theatrical indulgence than an actual attempt to trade his car in on a Kia.

Though I have heard that the Kia has excellent steering wheel control placement[rofl]

You mean awful steering wheel control placement and a cheap and chintzy interior. I sat in one at the auto show this year ( a forte coupe or sedan) with that specified steering wheel layout and it wasn't very nice. Lol. [whip]

It's the first model year of a new platform, if you think it's going to work perfectly you're gonna have a bad time. If you want something relatively problem free buy a model that's been on the market for 3-4 years, most of the kinks will be worked out but only at the expense of more modern technology.

I'm quoting my OP, and highlighting some important letters
