18..... now i'm no ricer but i'm kinda suprised to see so few in the 16-19 range, figured since you can make em pretty fast they'd be all over the svt's
Had a Focus (not this one) as my first car too, back in '01. Wish we could get the diesels over here though, I'd be all over that like white on rice on a paper plate in a snowstorm.
As far as the thread goes...I was 16 when I got my first Focus, a black '00 ZTS sedan in '01 with 5k miles. Sold it a few months later, went through a '68 Mustang, a '92 Bronco, and a '99 Dodge conversion van, and here I am now. I'm 22 and just acquired my current Focus last month.
i first got into the focus at 14 when it came out in 2000,
i first bought a 2000 focus zx3 at 16 in 2002,
and now on my 2nd focus at 21. ('02 turbo svt)
Count me in the "old fart club"....40 back in March....but boy do I like our Focus. Makes one feel like hes driving a sports car again, but getting alot better mileage than we used too!!!
25, 26 in July. Got My Focus 2 years ago almost to the day to replace my last car that got totalled. It was love at first drive. Sadly I havent had the extra money to do the mods that I wanted so badly to do, and the problems are starting to come up more and more, so the frustration is mounting.
O Boy, am I going to wreck the average. I'm 72, and just got the SVT suspension kit for my 03 ZX3 2.3. It's the most fun car I've had in a while. My most recent being an 92 Eclipse AWD turbo, prior history, 87 Dodge Charger Shelby (still have) 86 Mercury Capri turbo, 86 TBird turbo coupe (wifes), 5 Datsun Z Cars (mine and wifes) including 2+2 and turbo, 66 Pontiac GTO 360hp conv, even a corvair and two Triump sports cars (little room for golf clubs, though)
