It depends, as weird as it sounds, if you want it to come off and you pick at it it will come off and then peel off. If you spray it and leave it then it stays! I plasti dipped my winter wheels and we have seen salt, snow, rain, dry, sand. Everything and it has not come off. If you curb your wheels though, then it will come off (obviously). The only bad thing is that once brake dust is on there, it is pretty much not going to come off...
I'll post some pics of mine soon...but I had a quick request. I'm sure I've seen someone with the rear badges plasti dipped black on the SGM. I've been searching the site all night and I couldn't find any pics. I'd like to see it one more time before I decide to give it a shot.
