66,200 on my '02 and its hit its first major list of problems;
Shift linkage gave out somewhere between 64,000 and 65,000 (4-5k out of warranty

) resulting in a $855 repair bill to have the transmission dropped at a dealership and the internal linkage replaced. Didn't have a choice but to take it to the dealer since I was ~200 miles from home and couldn't wait for a third-party shop to order parts.
Clutch master cylinder developed a leak shortly thereafter; replaced myself, however in the process I pulled a wire loose going from the engine compartment fuse box to the ECU, resulting in more dealership repairs weighing in at $212.
And now to top it off, either my CM stage 4 wore out prematurely, or the dealer that did the transmission job fouled something up and now my clutch is slipping so badly that its going to need to be replaced. I have a Spec stage 4 on order from CFM, hopefully it'll get here by Friday before my friend (who's a certified diesel mechanic) gets here to assist me with dropping the transmission and replacing the clutch.
Should've gone with the 6 year/100,000 mile ESP...
