Nope. Just be oberservant when you remove it and make sure to install the new one EXACTLY in the same manner except in reverse. You'll have to turn it like a 1/4 turn to line up the mounting holes.
When you remove the old one, you'll notice that it will unalign from the mounting holes.
Just be aware of which way to turn the TPS to line up the mounting holes.
