Possibilities...
Issue#1 Could be the alternator getting ready to crap out or a ground wire that is not properly grounded.

Issue#2 Could be the passenger side motor mount. Doe's it vibrate more at start up and then less when the engine has warmed up ? If so that's a good sign of a bad mount.
