I've been searching around on different ways to clean the engine bay, but what parts can you not get wet? I'm guessing the fuse box and nothing inside the airbox since I have the resonator removed. What other parts should I stay away from? Would it be ok to rinse the entire bay with a hose (no nozzle, just the water flow) and then use some degreaser to get it clean? I also read on here not to get the alternator wet? Right now it's a stock engine in a 01 ZX3 with hood insulation.
