Yup - most likely.
It was for myself when they would stop whenever turned off instead of "parking" like they should. Long needle nose pliers was my "trick" to get the relay out without a lot of disassembly (it's WAY back in there).
I used this thread for info., managed to skip the disassembly portion with the long pliers...
Needed the part # info to order the relay, parts lookup at the dealer was by number not by function so they didn't know which was needed!
