Sounds like its time for new brakes and suspension :) Shaking wheel while braking is usually a sign that rotors need to be replaced. As far as the "bucking" it could be weak rear shocks. It's recommended to replace shocks/struts every ~60k miles (and maybe more often depending on the condition of the roads you drive). It's a bit hard to tell just from a description of the problem but that's what it sounds like.
