Humidity can affect the uptake of a clutch in a manual transmission. Usually, this shows up as being a little more "grabby" (not as smooth) on humid mornings. However, in my experience, this is only a characteristic of a cold clutch, and the "grabbiness" goes away quickly as the clutch warms up.
