Plastidip will NOT work on doorhandles! If you actually want to keep them black use "Forever Black" I used that to dye my mom's Volvo trim, hers is a late 90's model 850 so it has a lot of black plastic on it. Hers was faded out to grey and white in some spots, I dyed it with that stuff 2 years ago and it still looks like new. It's great for cowls and any other black plastic that has faded, and the best part is - it's permanent!!!
