This is good info to have. The contact number I got is 800-275-4283. This goes to a Gates call center in Kentucky, they can't do anything but refer you back to the distributor you bought from and potentially give you a sales rep phone number for someone in your area.
The sales rep I talked to gave me the same info as the call center, send it back so they will send it to Gates for testing.
No updates on repair otherwise from my end. Head is still at the machine shop.
