Would they rust too? Would they warp? It says they use "high quality OEM grade G3000 castings" . They aren't cheap... $150 pair.

Those look like spray painted rotors, that's not a good thing for stopping at all, they look like they were meant for a show car, not one that actually has to work. First of all it would burn off fairly quickly due to the friction of the pads dragging across it, but in the interim the stopping power would be severely reduced due to the lower coefficient of friction of the paint.

This could also damage the brake pads. Stick with a quality part rather than some tuner nonsense.
