Your thinking 'heat' without considering the source of the heat. Engine/transmission heat is due primarily to thermatic(?)/frictional inefficiency. hydraulic heat is due to pressure. An easily seen example are the fined air lines coming out of an air compressor (to cool the air before it goes into the tank). All the heat gets released by the high pressure side line and ram. That being said, I would question also why the OP is concerned about heat in this regard. Automotive pumps are the smallest of the small. They don't make much heat to begin with.
