I heard it's a design problem, because there's too much air going in at start and too less fuel, making it hard to start. Normally I just crank a little, if it wont start, i just stop, then go again and it starts normally without problem.

I'm all for pushing boundaries, but installing an aftermarket tune and revving the piss out of the motor doesn't push any boundaries or further the human race. It just makes lots of noise.
