Did you show him the pic of the zx3 engine? Or tell him that an SVT engine has a VCT solenoid on the ps side of the vale cover, no other focus engine has that. The difference between the SVT and regular zetec ps motor mount is quite simple: the holes are in different spots. Just use the link I gave you to decode your vin to prove to him what kind of car you have.
