Flat screw driver wrapped in tape. I did mine when it was 5°C and I would advise the pieces should be warmer. Door pieces start at front and work to the back. Twenty did a write up I think. The e brake pry up at front working back. The pieces around the radio and such have write ups by chickenmuffin (I think) and twenty did one on the shifter piece specifically.
