The seat frames are the same between the ST1 and the Reccaro's. you could likely buy the covers and foam through Ford and and recover your seats.
BTW, I have 21k miles on a 12 Focus SEL and they are some of the most comfortable seats I have experienced, the ST1 are the same. Unless you are planning track time IMHO the Recaros aren't needed.
