Since SCT is a business then they are not being smart.
Its Like Tuning my Audi Q7 only 2 companies do it and it is out of country. Sure someone else can have my 1500 bucks.. In that situation it make sense because there isn't an abundant amount of people looking to do it.
But the Focus MK3 non ST if they told me they wouldn't sell they are full of it. WAY more MK3s on the Road simple numbers.

Way more non-STs are sold to people who could care less about performance thus, will have no interest in tuning anything. Great argument in theory but, not so much in practice.
